4.Once your ride-on car has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5.All ride-on cars are shipped in their original packaging and are not assembled prior to delivery.

6.We charge a flat-rate shipping fee. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the flat rate, we will cover the difference. If the additional cost exceeds 50% of the flat rate, we will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements.

1.We offer a 14-day free return policy. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unassembled or unused, and in their original packaging.

2.Opened boxes or assembled products are not eligible for return, with only the warranty policy applying.

3.Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the order and original Shipping costs are non-refundable depending on the case.

4.Order cancellation: Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned under this policy, while orders not yet shipped may be cancelled, subject to a 3% transaction fee.

3.In most cases, after-sales issues can be resolved by replacing parts. We stock a selection of commonly used wear-and-tear components. For less common parts, we can place a special order with the manufacturer, with an estimated lead time of 1–2 months.

4.In rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved through phone, video, or email support, you may be required to send the product in for a warranty claim.

1.We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure the highest quality ride-on cars at a great value. Please note that during the manufacturing process, the plastic components must be bent and molded, which may result in minor indentations, light scratches, or pressure marks on the body. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the overall performance or design of the ride-on car.

2.Most ride-on cars come with a partial charge. For first-time use, we recommend charging the battery for 6 hours for 12V models and 8 hours for 24V models.

3.A fully charged battery typically lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on the child’s weight and the riding surface.

4.Assembly is simple and can be completed by anyone, usually within 20–30 minutes. Each car includes an assembly manual and a YouTube video guide for easy setup.

5.Remote controls connect via Bluetooth and include printed instructions. Most cars can also be operated using in-car controls, including the pedal, steering wheel, and forward/reverse options. remote also feature an Emergency STOP Button that allows you to immediately stop the car with a single press for added safety.
