How long does my car need to be charged for and how much runtime will I get after a full charge?
Most ride-on cars come with some charge when you purchase them. We recommend charging the battery for 8 hours for a 12V car and 10 hours for a 24V car or buggy. A fully charged battery should last between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the child’s weight and the surface it is being used on. You may notice reduced runtime after about 100 charges. If you need replacement parts such as batteries or chargers, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Is there much assembly required and How long it will takes?
Putting together our ride-on cars is quick and straightforward. Most cars take 20–30 minutes to assemble, while the most complex may take up to 45–60 minutes. Each car comes with a clear assembly manual, and we also provide detailed instructional videos for guidance. If you’d rather have our team assemble the ride-on car for you, simply note “assembled for pickup ” when placing your order, and it will be ready for collection.

How do I connect the parental remote to the ride-on car?
The parental remote uses Bluetooth and comes with instructions on the back or package of remote control. To connect it, start with the ride-on car turned off. Install batteries in the remote, then press and hold the pairing button(M) until the indicator lights begin flashing. Once the lights flash, turn on the car, and the remote should be successfully paired and ready for use.

What is the estimated shipping time and cost?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is completed. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for Ontario (ON) and Quebec (QC), and 5–8 business days for the rest of Canada. We do not ship via Canada Post and cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Shipping costs vary based on location and package size, typically ranging from $20 to $150. Once your ride-on car has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For pre-orders, the estimated arrival date can be found on the model’s profile page.

What payment methods do we accept?
You can pay using Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, or e-transfer directly to our account. For in-person purchases or pickups at our showroom, cash payments are also welcome.

What is return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day free return and exchange policy. To be eligible, items must be unassembled or unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Opened boxes or assembled products are not eligible for return, but they remain covered under our warranty policy.
Depending on the case, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What should I do if I have an issue with my new ride-on car?
If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us at support@zoombuggeez.ca
with your order number, name, contact phone number, and a detailed description of the issue. Our support team will assist you via phone or video call to diagnose the problem and guide you through troubleshooting steps.
In most cases, issues can be resolved by replacing parts. We keep a stock of commonly used wear-and-tear components. For less common parts, we can place a special order with the manufacturer, which may take 1–2 months.
In rare situations where the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you may be required to send the product in for a warranty claim.

What is Warranty Policy?
All ride-on cars from Zoom Buggeez Inc come with a 6-month warranty, covering components such as the battery, dashboard, receiver, motor, and remote control. The warranty is non-transferable, meaning it applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only if the purchase was made directly from Zoom Buggeez Inc.
Zoom Buggeez Inc reserves the right to inspect any product under a warranty claim to determine whether the issue is covered. The company does not assume liability for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages under this limited warranty.
Warranty claims may be refused if the product is damaged by the user, including scratches or cracks. The decision to repair, exchange, or replace a product under warranty is entirely at the discretion of Zoom Buggeez Inc.

What’s the store address and working hours?
Our showroom is located at Unit 123, 2600 John St, Markham. You are welcome to visit and explore our variety of ride-on cars. We are open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Is it possible to pick up my ride-on car after ordering online?
Absolutely! You can pick up your order directly from our Markham showroom by selecting the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, which waives any shipping charges. If someone else will be collecting the order for you, simply email us or call 647‑500‑9706 to provide authorization for pickup.
